Who I Am

I am Pankaj Kumar Saikia — a petroleum industry professional, lifelong learner and proud son of Assam. Born and raised in Assam, my roots run deep in the cultural and natural richness of northeastern India.

Over three decades of dedicated service at Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL), I have built expertise across Projects, Procurement, Warehouse Management and Enterprise Resource Planning — contributing to one of India's most strategically important oil processing facilities.

Beyond the professional world, I am a student of Vedic astrology, a keen observer of world affairs, and someone who finds meaning in the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern technology. Retirement in 2028 will mark not an end, but a new chapter — in Guwahati, with more time for learning, writing and exploration.
